The food flight, now in Putnam
Blackstone started with a question: why does ordering mean picking just one thing? In 2024 that answer opened on Main Street in downtown Putnam, with a steakhouse twist, an outdoor bar and patio, and the land and sea flight as the centerpiece.
Gian & Bryanna Ranucci
Rhode Island natives with a soft spot for European cafe culture, Gian and Bryanna built Blackstone around the food flight, their answer to every "what should we get?" argument. In Putnam they leaned into a chophouse spin, with the land and sea flight as the centerpiece.
Everything is prepped to order from a scratch kitchen. The menu keeps growing because the regulars keep asking, and we keep saying yes.

One idea, three rooms
Putnam is part of the Blackstone family, alongside the original in Coventry and Federal Hill. Each room has its own personality; the flight boards travel everywhere.
